When has Starbucks released the Pumpkin Spice Latte?

Starbucks is debuted the Pumpkin Spice latte drink and its fall menu 27 days before the official start of fall on Sept. 22. That’s four days later than last year's earliest release date. The company test marketed PSL on Oct. 10, 2003. Subsequent release dates have been moved forward to August for the past seven years.
