How Nancy Grace Space Telescope compares to the Hubble and James Webb

Whenever there is a space story to tell visually, I’m all in. The Nancy Grace Roman telescope will launch from the Kennedy Space Center at the end of August. The Roman will orbit about 1 million miles away from earth. Roman’s images will have the same crisp resolution as Hubble’s, but each one will capture a patch of sky at least 100 times larger. Over the first five years of observations, Roman will capture more than 50 times as much sky as Hubble covered in 30 years.​
